Outsourced Philippines guide
Philippines outsourced customer support escalation-quality review
Check whether escalations contain enough facts for an owner to act without passing along unsupported conclusions.
Escalation quality is measured by whether an owner can act on the facts, not by how quickly a support worker forwards an incomplete conclusion.
Require actionable evidence
Require the customer or order reference, observed issue, attempted approved step, impact, urgency reason, and requested owner decision. Separate evidence from the support worker’s hypothesis.
Support staff can assemble facts and draft a neutral handoff. The owner decides refunds, replacements, policy exceptions, safety responses, and the final customer commitment.
Questions to settle
- Is the customer or order identified?
- What approved step was attempted?
- Which decision belongs to the owner?
Sample for completeness
Sample escalations by reason and outcome. Turn missing fields into a checklist improvement, but do not measure speed in a way that rewards incomplete handoffs.
Questions to settle
- Which field is often missing?
- Does speed reward incomplete work?
- What checklist change is justified?
