A publish-proof checklist for content operations
Give Philippines content operations a route-level record that confirms the approved article reached readers intact.

Freeze the approved identity

Retain a compact release record
Store the deployment identifier, commit, audit time, per-route results, and any limitation. Recheck failures only after understanding whether the cause is content, build, cache, or routing.
